Our subsidiary company, Hill Homes Care, is looking for a team leader to provide day-to-day management of the care and support service. 

You’ll act as the senior member of staff on duty for allocated shifts, ensuring all care calls are made on time and high-quality services are delivered. In addition to managing staff, you’ll be responsible for care and support plans, risk assessments and audit documentation.

As the first point of contact for clients, relatives and visiting professionals, your communication skills are as important as your experience of working in social care services for older people.
