Hill Homes is looking to recruit a highly motivated, well-organised and conscientious Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a small housing association with a subsidiary care company, helping older people to continue living independent, fulfilling lives.
Benefits include a salary of up to £52,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, pension, access to health & wellbeing support and excellent training opportunities. You will be a CCAB/CIMA qualified accountant or equivalent, preferably with housing experience and an understanding of service charges. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite as is the ability to plan your workload as part of a busy team.
