“The staff are wonderful. They’ve been so kind to me.”
Long Time TenantHill Homes - Nuffield Lodge
The apartments are rented through an assured tenancy, which is a written legal agreement that sets out the landlord and tenant’s rights and responsibilities. The basic charges include rent, service charges, heating & hot water, and use of communal spaces and gardens – see “What are the charges” on the Nuffield Lodge FAQ page. Care hours may be purchased from Hill Homes Care Ltd, our in-house care provision service.
Just download and print the application and medical forms, have them competed, and return them to us to start the application process. If you don’t have access to a printer, call Holly our Senior Housing Officer who will send you a pack in the post.
What Happens Next?
After we have received your completed application and medical forms, we will contact you to arrange a home visit by our Senior Housing Officer. The resulting assessment will be discussed by the Allocations Panel, which meets on a monthly basis, to ensure that each applicant will be suitable for our Scheme. Successful applicants will be placed on the waiting list and will be contacted when a flat becomes available; however priority is given to applicants with high needs and risks.
Whilst you are on the waiting list, please keep us updated of any change in your circumstances as this might have an impact on your application.
