We are a small, community-based housing association that provides quality, affordable, safe accommodation for older people in the Highgate area. A non-profit organisation, we enjoy charitable status.

Our primary concern has always been – and always will be – our tenants’ happiness and wellbeing. We take great pride in the care and devotion of our staff.

We endeavour to help our tenants get the most from their retirement years. Rather than run our tenants’ lives, we encourage them to remain independent, providing support only when it is necessary.

We currently manage Nuffield Lodge, a purpose-built sheltered housing scheme of 24 self-contained apartments for active older people. With our partners One Housing Group and One Support, we have commenced the construction of Trees, an extra-care sheltered housing scheme of 40 self-contained apartments for older people.

As for the future, we plan to grow but remain independent. We will continue to focus on goal of providing quality, affordable, safe accommodation for older people in the Highgate area.
